Derrik Deyhimi
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Deyhimi currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Iconixx Software. Mr. Deyhimi negotiated and funded the acquisition of certain software assets of nGenera which became Iconixx Software. Derrik Deyhimi has been involved in and led the integration, merger, and acquisition of almost a dozen technology software and services companies throughout his career. Mr. Deyhimi has led organizations as large as $100MM in revenues with over 600 employees worldwide. He has successfully stepped in and turned around financially troubled organizations and he has successfully launched many start-ups.
Mr. Deyhimi led Iconixx Corporation as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this capacity, Deyhimi brought strong leadership and vision to the organization and more than 19 years’ experience profitably growing both software and services companies. Mr. Deyhimi and his team executed a friendly management buy-out of the company and funded new growth themselves. Under his leadership Iconixx was awarded the FastTech 50 award in both 2005 and 2007. Within two years after initial investment, Mr. Deyhimi sold Iconixx for an amount which yielded a seven times return to the investors.
Bruce Jackson
President and COO
Bruce Jackson, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Iconixx Software including end-to-end management of the company's software product suite, sales activities, services, and support. Mr. Jackson re-joins Iconixx having previously served as Managing Director with the company prior to its acquisition by nGenera where Jackson served as Vice President, Business Solutions advising companies on business strategy and technology enablement within core Sales Performance Management fundamentals including sales and marketing alignment, sales incentives and pay for performance, and sales channel effectiveness.
Most recently, Mr. Jackson was Vice President, Business Development for Varicent Software where he was responsible for growth and operations of Varicent's global strategic partner network. He had previously served as Varicent's Vice President, Solution Consulting, advising and guiding the company on an operational level with a specific focus on providing implementation subject matter expertise.
Mr. Jackson holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Carolyn Jenkins
Vice President Human Resources
Carolyn Jenkins has exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit for 20 years. She brings more than 13 years’ of award winning experience in human resources, recruiting, training, retention, career development, benefits, corporate operations and personnel relations. Companies not only in the US, but also in England, Mexico and South America have retained Ms. Jenkins’ consulting services to improve their human capital programs.
Ms. Jenkins’ experience developing and implementing sales performance management, incentive compensation management and performance programs brings in-house user expertise to Iconixx Software’s roadmap. Her experience also brings strong and mature internal programs to the company in her role as Vice President.
Ms. Jenkins was a co-founder of nCent software. Her guidance gave a start up company the human capital infrastructure of a mature organization. From inception through sale of the company, nCent had no turnover, enabling the lean organization to stay focused on its core business.
Brian Thompson
Vice President of Support and Pre-Sales
Brian Thompson has spent over thirteen years helping customers integrate new sales compensation management and incentive compensation management systems, from the completely custom built to the market leading software packages, with heavy concentration in the telecommunication, Insurance and Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and High Tech industries. This strong experience makes Mr. Thompson uniquely qualified to serve as Vice President of Support and Pre-Sales.
His responsibilities have included plan design, system architecture, quality assurance and project management. He has lead over a dozen teams of as many as twenty-five integration consultants and worked with customers in industries ranging from telecom to insurance to retail and high tech.
As an expert in sales compensation management and incentive compensation management system implementation, Mr. Thompson now works with Iconixx Software. His focus is to ensure each customer receives the world-class product support.
Jimmy Gonzales
Vice President of Engineering
Jimmy Gonzales is the Vice President of Engineering for Iconixx Software. He oversees a diverse group of developers and architects from all across the country.
Mr. Gonzales is the founding designer and architect for the Iconixx Software technology offering. Mr. Gonzales has developed enhancements and designed key product features in Trilogy Software's SC Commission and Callidus Software's Compensation products. Mr. Gonzales is an expert in the fields of Software Development, with nearly 15 years of Application Development, Web Development experience and Compensation Management Systems and Processes, with over 10 years of industry consulting experience. He is a Certified Oracle Database Administrator with direct experience in nearly every tangible database product. He is also an expert in several programming languages including Java, C++, Visual Basic, and Assembly.
John Fries
Vice President of Professional Services
John Fries, the VP of Professional Services, has been in the business, software and IT Consulting/Delivery arena for the last 16 years. He has 12 years of Compensation Market Experience, as well as deep CRM, PMO, Operations and Sales experience.
Upon completing a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA with an IT Concentration from the University of Houston, Mr. Fries left his job at Reliant Energy and accepted a consulting position with Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Mr. Fries specialized in the Financial Services Industry and beginning in 1999, Mr. Fries began implementing Sales Compensation systems. After more than seven years and more than a dozen successful implementations for Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Fries left Accenture as a Sr. Manager and accepted an Associate Director position at American General, in its IT department.
Scott Heath
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Scott Heath has served in leadership roles in companies that span from startups to companies with revenues of over $100 million/yr and/or market caps of over a billion dollars. He was first introduced to the compensation solution space in 1995 and he has maintained a high profile role in the industry ever since. Mr. Heath's exposure to innumerable compensation solutions across a large variety of industries brings a competitive advantage to his role as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Iconixx Software.
After the acquisition of nCent by nGenera corporation, Mr Heath was the EVP of the compensation software suite and was responsible for all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Software R&D.
