Communication

Iconixx Sales Compensation has a simple, configurable, security based dashboard. The dashboard allows field personnel and sales management to view all of the information in one place. This includes all related reports (monthly pay statements, details of transactions, etc). The dashboard allows sales reps and managers to view their year-to-date sales, quotas, and transactions. From the dashboard, users can also access a roles based 'workflow inbox' and the Sales and Total Compensation ‘what if’ areas. Iconixx Software's communication tools give field reps the power to drive sales.
